Policies
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for our sessions. Any sessions cancelled within that time frame will be billed in full. We will gladly reschedule for you at the earliest possible time. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Please understand that tutorials will normally last 90 minutes unless tutor decides to alter the length of the session.
Students are responsible for their own work and the results they seek. We expect Butler Method students to complete assignments, including but not limited to mock exams, drills, memorization, and written work, to the highest standard they can. We encourage our students to reach out directly to their tutors with questions and to call, email, and text with them frequently to aid their progress. This is an important relationship that promotes a positive learning experience.
We believe that sleep is a crucial component of successful work habits. Please encourage healthy sleeping habits so that sessions can be as productive and impactful as possible.
